If everything is so up and up about Guantanamo, why it it there on Cuban soil rather than here on American soil ? We all know the answer for that.


You seem to think it involves wanting to torture them. It involves not wanting to have members of Al Qaeda taken on the battlefield get sucked into the criminal justice system, which is designed to handle burglars and murderers who act on their own, not trained terrorists.
