Ultimately, it seems it would be affected if the Eurozone cuts rates, but it might maintain its value a bit longer.

France never had its currency totally destroyed the way Germany did, but the French franc did lose at least 90% of its value in the course of the last century, in several stages. You would think they would be a little more wary of inflation.
