If it isn't an issue, it's surprising that there is such emphasis and such viciously punitive law involving execution of the bloke involved. Anyway, it's nice to see that you do think 70 million roaming males without spouse might have some effect, rather than just denying that there is an issue. I guess you have received edict from on high. Maybe it'll mean China will excel in the Olympic Games as the young men burn of a LOT of energy and compete hell for leather. Maybe it'll mean something else. I think it will mean a rapid upgrade of China's DNA as women have a wide choice of blokes on offer. You should see what the average NZ woman has to choose from.
