The first step in doing anything is educating people about them so when one of their crimes is committed, it can be more widely known who is responsible. Since they use the resources of different countries, do not blame the country they used. To blame a country would be like blaming a car for a hit-and-run murder instead of the driver. When a country is blamed for something that should rightfully anger people, the anger becomes a tool for these people. They are using the people who are rightfully angered but who have that anger misdirected. When enough people become aware of this, their power to control people through anger will disappear. When an event occurs that should rightfully frighten people, know who it is that's really trying to frighten you. They use misdirected fear to control populations. When enough people know who is creating that fear, their power to control people through fear will disappear. If a program is started whereby average citizens are encouraged to turn in other average citizens for various behaviors realize that they are creating suspicion and misdirecting it. They are creating distrust and misdirecting it. When average citizens have to keep in mind that their neighbors, coworkers or people they are sharing the road with might be willing to turn them in for anything spurious, the citizenry becomes isolated...suspicious and distrustful of each other. Do not let this happen to you. Tell others you come in contact with what is really meant by such a program. If nobody plays this game for them their power to control people through suspicion and distrust will not arise. Every tool they use for control relies on misdirection. When enough people see through it, they will lose power. In Spain, after the Madrid bombings, nearly the entire country went on strike. The people in Spain refused to be manipulated through that event. Every individual in the world has the power to choose. When enough people know what's really happening and choose not to be manipulated by them there wouldn't be things like the Irael/Palestine conflict, arms races or the growth of the global police state. The biggest problem is that it's very late in the game and unless people wake up, things are going to get very bad for nearly everyone, nearly everywhere.
