Read my post again! Degerstrom did not bust their gut trying to fight freezing temps. They were smart and low grades dictated not to spend $ foolishly. Brewery Creek may have, I dunno! Your second example, Beal Mountain, learned quickly. They decided to shut down in the winter and not fight the cold temps. also, problem at Beal Mountain was just trying to maintain access and keep the road open. they decided not to fight it. gold will be there in the spring!
