According to the Chinese reporters' investigation, Before taking any order, ALL Chinese toy makers/assemblers provide Western toy companies with three tiers of price quotes, each level has about 30% difference in price. The highest tier is the "Fully Complied/certified by EU RoSH standard" ; the middle tier is "processed according to EU RoSH standard"; the lowest tier is "referenced by EU RoSH standard".

The tier 1 product cost 60% more than the lowest tier. ALL Chinese toy makers/assemblers have the ability to meet the highest standard.

All the Western toy companies know and understand this, yet most of them just want to pay the price for the lowest tier.

So you get what you paid for!!
