Dr. James is a BRAND NEW ARRIVAL, is he not?

MY take:

1. Dr. James is a new alias of one of the bashers and he wants to start a new controversy (Kirk?, Honey?, Stocky?, Al?)

- OR -

2. Dr. James is a legitimate new poster but is not being truthful about subscribing to Market Timer and/or is not giving us full and accurate disclosure about the alleged conversation.

It is quite odd that all communications are flowing through Ms. honeybeerose. Perhaps Ms. honeybeerose could favour us by like inviting the Good Doctor over here so we can ask a few questions of him?

This whole thing is a set-up and STINKS, IMHO.

Thank you again Ms. Honey. In your communication from James, he seems to be confirming that he sees nothing wrong with posting from the Marketimer to the internet. I see no reason to be too concerned about discussing what Bob Brinker says in his MarkeTimer newsletter on on his radio show.

So if we wanted to assume, perhaps we could assume that he's confirming rather than denying that he does so or did so. But we don't want to jump to conclusions, do we?

To me, it appears to be a difference of opinion between Brinker and James as to what is fair. James seems to think it's fair to subscribe to the Marketimer and post ideas from the Marketimer to the internet and censure, blame and reprove the writer far and wide at the same time. Brinker apparently doesn't agree, or doesn't think he needs to contribute his effort to the process.

Who's right? Who knows?
