Winston, I think your best bet is to delete the Spotlight index with a maintenance application such as Cocktail ($15) at maintain.se or Maintenance.app which is free and you can pick that up at: macupdate.com That will force the Mac to rebuild the index and it ought to pick up the older files then. I used Cocktail as a demo some while ago and it worked well. It has more features now. I'm using Maintenance.app now and it also works very well, but doesn't have as many features as Cocktail. Jeff
