Of the remaining most were issued to company officers which would have been required to report sales into the free trading market via SEC filings. No such filings were submitted.....

I tend to lean on the side of not assuming anything, so I thought I would go straight to the source and ask.
Do you understand this whole "tangled web" thingy that RMM is talking about?
