I told my wife last night that coaching lost that game. I'm glad to see someone else agrees. 3 runs and a punt made us look like we were paid to lose. What a crock of shit.

I haven't seen McCarthy make too many bad calls but he made some last night and thats ok. There is no possible way I can hang it all on him though. We had 5 turnovers (One from a HOF QB that my 8/9 year olds wouldn't have made) and a ton of penalties. We knocked that team on their ass....we just never jumped on top of them to continue the ass kicking. Thats a sign of youth. The Bears walked away with the only thing that matters - a W. Some good things came out of that loss and now its up to the coaching staff to use this as a tool and come out swinging next week. I'd have benched Jones for the rest of the game last night (and we did for quite a while). Today I'd pull him into the office, ask him if he understands why he was benched and proceed to build his confidence for the rest of the week.
