Got my investors package today.

Instep has been profitable for the last 3 quarters. During the ist qtr (ended Jul 31/97), net income was $30K as opposed to a loss of $66K last yr, same qtr.

They have about 11.5M full. diluted common shares. What is ammusing is that this company has a total authorized share capital of 3 TRILLION common shares. This must be some kind of joke. I have never heard of a trillion shares of authorized capital. The stock is doing OK though. Closed today at 74 cents on a volume of 49K shares.
