I guess if the caller took the lib or con. side of the argument. A talk radio show here had a dem. congressman on and he said that could be a requirement. The host said it would be impossible to keep track of that and if we gave one side a minute more would we face fines?? The host said no station would put up with that and all talk radio would die. The Congressman didn't seem to care.
