That's silly Elroy. The standard is bearing arms openly, not having nice pressed uniforms.

Go read the conventions. And check out what they have to say about saboteurs who operate in civilian disguise.

Yeah, so all the people at Gitmo bore arms openly in the war between Afghanistan's leadership and the coalition, which the coalition won, quickly. This was a war where they were the defense and the coalition was on offense, in their country, so bearing arms is not that egregious a reaction. And that war is over. We won, they lost.

Meanwhile, lets not discuss saboteurs who operate in civilian disguise since we don't know if any of the Gitmo detainees were saboteurs operating in civilian disguise. Their only charge is unlawful combatant, and the only thing unlawful about them is that they didn't have uniforms. It's totally ridiculous.

Nadine, really how can you look at yourself in the mirror and not see a stupid person in it. So why did the US go to Afghanistan? Ah going after OBL who after 6 years is still at large, the US entangled into 2 unjust war and paying for them in BLOOD and treasure, not to mention the liberties that the American people lost in the process. Now that is stupid.
