Sounds like McCarthy went to the Andy Reid school of time management..........................

The first red flag was ok - I have freeze frame on my hi def TV and I questioned whether Jones ever had control of the ball. Here's is what I think I know about that call

Had it been a side pass and he went out of bounds they'd have said he never had possession - I'm not sure he had possession in the middle of the field either. JMO - not sure I'm right

The second red flag was correct! They needed to question the spot - not the result. That was a coaching brain fart but McCarthy WILL NOT repeat that mistake. He's done very well - way beyond what I expected.

I'm really impressed that you saw that first half TO the way I did. We were in the minority but Favre was right. We had one last play for the endzone regardless of whether we used the TO or not. Since thats the case - make the defense play you honest! Give your team some offensive options rather than just a low percentage corner shot

We lost that game but it could serve as real motivation for the rest of the season.

McCarthy needs to keep the ball in Favre's hands PROVIDED that he is prudent in his decisions. With the exception of the first INT Favre has earned the right (this year) to be counted on to protect the ball.

Jennings needs a Donald Driver DNA transplant! Driver is the toughest SOB at WR I've seen in a long time. Jennings is playing way too fragile on a mental level. When you feel pain - get up and smash someone in the mouth on the next play

In his defense, the second TO was a boneheaded call by the refs.

As for the rest, totally agree. But never mind the turnovers it was the stupid play calling that cost them the game. WHY ALL THE RUNNING PLAYS????
