There seems to be no limit to how ugly you guys can get...he is afflicted with a disease with well known consequences.

Michael J Fox didn't have to fake anything. All he had to do is either get off his meds or increase the levels and induce dyskinesia (uncontrollable jerking).
Parkinsons is a horrible disease. Stem sell research is a great hope and shouldn't be discouraged. It's a great hope for many other diseases as well.
