Mark Levin was all over that tonight!! Waxman AND his staff had better be afraid.....very afraid. All pipsqueek --all 5 foot and 5 inches of him.....Tonight, Levin was in the best form I've ever heard him. He was Hot! But he was very cool, and collected when he spoke. In part, he mentioned this....There WILL be more, for sure!

Waxman evidently forgets there are SIGNED contracts, a private business, and Free Speech, all of which Levin reminded his 4 MILLION+ listeners, as well as Waxman and his staff....If his staff does as he demands, they will be involved as well....

There are many references to Tortuous Interference....here's two.....

7. TORTUOUS INTERFERENCE WITH CONTRACT

commercial-litigation-lawyer.com

In order to establish a claim for Tortuous Interference with Contract, six elements must usually be established:

A valid existing contract;
That defendant had knowledge of;
That defendant intended to induce breach of;
That the contract was in fact breached or performance was rendered more difficult;
Causation; and
Actual damage.

Tortuous Interference

Tortuous interference is the unlawful interference into one’s contractual or business affairs. For example, someone who uses the web to defame an individual’s business and contacts their customers (or prospective customers) may be violating this law. A special case of tortuous interference called “Tortuous Interference with Prospective Advantage” is available in some states to punish those who seek to damage one’s ability to find and retain new customers.

The elements of the tort of interference with contract are:

A valid contract between the plaintiff and a third person that confers upon plaintiff a contractual right against a third person.

The defendant knows of the contract.

The defendant intentionally induces the third person not to perform the contract.

The defendant acts without justification.

The defendant’s conduct causes actual pecuniary harm to the plaintiff.

"Limbaugh isn't the only one who needs to be made uncomfortable about what he says on the radio," says a House leadership source. "We don't have as big a megaphone as these guys, but this all political, and we'll do what we can to gain the advantage. If we can take them off their game for a while, it will help our folks out there on the campaign trail."

Wesley Clark, in his own ham-handed way, had already shown the left's cards when he was making the TV circuit over the past couple of weeks. His remarks had to do with Congressional oversight over political speech on the airwaves.

Hillary herself made it clear that the so-called "progressives" needed to do better combating the "other side" in the public forums. She was obviously speaking of so-called "conservative" radio. She put a red bulls eye on their backs.

Since we're actually speaking of the Oppressives (these folks are not Progressive by any stretch), what they're all really saying is that their "side" and their "people" couldn't construct the arguments for the Oppressives well enough in the public forums to get their message across. So, since they couldn't seem to do it with their Air Americas, etc., they're going to do it through exhausting and smacking down the "other side."

It's a typical Oppressive tactic and shows what these people are really all about. That's right, the same ones who wail about potential incursions on liberty or privacy under the Patriot Act are doing all they can to stifle the First Amendment rights of commentators because commentators of their own stripe cannot compete in the marketplace of ideas.

I wonder if people with good faith liberal leanings are offended by this behavior or whether those in the Oppressive party are just so brain-washed that they've lost
the ability to reason or realize that their leadership regards them as mindless sheeple. If they even slightly analyzed this last round of fundraising activity, they'd surely know they'd been had. But that isn't likely to happen. The brainwashing has been too extensive. Pity.
