And why cannot 10 good Chinese researchers who studied and worked in US go back and start three innovative companies on oral insulin? Whats so surprising about that.

Oral insulin isn't new, is at the clinical trials stage.

Clinical trials means finding guinea-pigs, preferably ones willing (or desperate) to do almost anything for money.
