whatever happened to torrenza ? To hyper transport ? to fusion ? to world class fabrication ? To ATI chipsets ? To monster gaming chip ? and to AMD's technology in general ? is the only hope for AMD now riding on the law suit ? (judging by the fact it is the only topic of interest to friends of AMD lately).

Even on the law suit, there is hardly any news. Just a recount of old positions. What is happening there ? Any new development ?

One, it's clear that AMD costs are greater than Intel's. Two, all Intel needs to show is that AMD's accusations are false or contrived. Your (and AMD's) assertions that Intel is stupid enough to violate known laws is ridiculous. You are acting like they have no knowledge of the situation they are in...
