ROFL. Yeah the presence or absence of $5B+ in cash will have nothing to do with whether a company AMD's size goes bankrupt or not. Go on, tell us another one. You are right of course ! .. but still, don't you think 5 Bio$ is at the lower end for possible damage awards ? ;-)

AMD is awash in so much cash they have recently increased their hiring, R&D, and capital expenditures. Their profits are so high that a few hundred million won't make a difference in the annual statement. Dave Orton was so thrilled about the synergies that he left. Why do you bring up such obscure advanced technology issues such as arithmetic?
