Isn't SGI one of Intel's biggest Itanium customers ? If you think ranking 3rd or 4th out of 7 major OEMs is "one of the biggest" then your statement isn't factually incorrect although it is still completely irrelevent. SGI has sued AMD over the infringement of graphics related patents. BTW, patents apparently important enough for Nvidia to license. I wonder if AMD's due diligence for the ATI acquisition was thorough enough to see that problem coming or is this just another example of AMD management's incompetence.
