ot if you bought on credit card the bank will fight for you. i was not shipped some medical stuff it was back ordered and then pre billed.. took me 45 days, you have to fill out back of your credit statement and bank will take action. they send electonic claim against the bank that drew against your card as disputed item. that bank will charge back to vendor unless vendor comes up with statement to support charge. if they do then banks will further investigate and resolve. i buy bmw parts , filters, etc on line all the time. discounts up to 50% cheaper than local dealers with bmw membership discount. I have gotten defective part.. immediately i was given a return number, credit was issued in ten days and later a $20 gift certificate was sent to me. i bought a whole house generator on web. free shipping, tail gate delivery, no sales tax, and on sale. nothing even close in amazon for same item or lowes or home depot. same with a/c portable room unit. free shipping, tail gate delivery no sales tax , deep discount. i buy jeans at gap. sale item.. as stores never have my leg length in stock. at least on line i can get my measurements. free shipping again. got my crocs the same way, huge selection vs local stores.
