Seems like you have a ton of new $700k high end condos in just about every city and resort area sitting 70%+ empty...somethings gotta give with those enormous holding costs..you can't even rent them cause it immediately lowers the value even more by now being branded 'used' + the rent would only cover a fraction of the total monthly outlay anyway..debtor prison for all the suckers who participated in that ponzi scheme..
