"CJ, > Once a cell line is cultured, it can be used for a long time as it grows.

Then Chris' original question would be irrelevant, would it not?"

You prove you don't get the science. Ideally, everyone will use their own, unique stems cells for a cure, to avoid rejection affects. So, there will be as many stem cell lines as there are patients, grown from their cloned embryos (or maybe otherwise) never intended for reproduction. I follow all this closely, being diabetic. I'm waiting for my Islets of Langerhans cells to inject into my pancreas.

What you proved was you AREN'T neutral, that you regard it as a "slippery slope" - your own words. I'm glad CA is now leading the country and attracting researchers from around the world thanks to Arnold's bond issue. You should follow your friends to Afghanistan and make some new Christians.
