That sounds a lot more serious than Valerie Plame. Someone should pay.

"Being filled with that much hate is not only not healthy it doesn't just go away because we have a new President."

It also causes a reflex reaction. The next democrat President will get a lot less leeway from independents and conservatives as a result of democrats' constant attacks against the current President. If Hillary is elected many will call on her impeachment from day one. Given her checkered past, her impeachment is far from impossible.

Hmm... open source? Or covert source?

Tough question..

If a newspaper obtains information of intelligence importance, informs CIA or DIA of it's intent to publish it, does either government agency owe an obligation to protect that newspaper's source?

HOWEVER, if SITE was "recruited" as an official asset, then it would receive all the protections that any other intelligence source is legally entitled to.

But I don't think that's the case.

But here's something else.. If the video was provided and placed upon the unclassified server, then its effectively FOUO.

But if that file was provided and then shared via only classified computer systems, then we have SERIOUS breach of security. Technically speaking, anything contained on a classified information system immediately receives at least a minimum "Confidential" classification. And it would be "verboten" to distribute any such medium back to a non-classified individual without permission of the security folks who would have to review releasability.
