More and more horror stories going to come out where even if you find a buyer that wants your property they can't get financed anyway without great credit and a large down payment. I would imagine these high end condos will be the most difficult to finance and require 30% down. A large portion of lenders won't even finance them just like the last downturn 15 years ago when you have such a high percentage of owners in the development who aren't owner occupants..
