You asked "When did Clinton put out no bid contracts."

I showed you one example. If you weren't so stupid, you could have found out yourself.

Now you want to twist the facts.

"So far Halliburton has gotten nearly $16 billion in Iraq. Do you understand that $2.2 billion is nothing compared to $16 billion? Do you understand that there are other no bid contractors in Iraq besides Halliburton? Do you realize how stupid you look defending the indefensible?"

I'm not defending anything.....just answering your original question.
