LOL! How do those on your list, including Buffett, Gates, Paul Allen, most of Follywood, etc keep their Billions....

Is everything in a Foundation, and they guide the spending?
Or are the Billions in Trusts, where again they guide the spending?

It is interesting that all the really wealthy people today do seem to be Dems..... And yet, most of them want "us" to "pay our fair share" of taxes....

maybe "forgetting" for a second, that 50% of the taxpayers pay over 90% of the income taxes paid for this country.

Just ask yourself why or how it is so that many people who win lotteries end up in bankruptcy court.

Or why you should care that people who lied about their collective income and thereby got themselves "qualified" for a $600K house, with little or nothing down, might now lose it to foreclosure because they couldn't pay the bump-up in monthly payments after a 3 year ride at the teaser rate(this is the family recently profiled in the L.A. Times).

Or why you should feel badly for the finances of the family whose two youngsters were severely injured in a car accident
and had to depend on government largesse for their medical care due to the lack of health insurance (an affirmative decision by parents who chose to spend their money elsewhere, such as in $40K in private school tuition for the same two children. The son of this family gave the Dem rebuttal after Bush vetoed the "Childrens' healthcare" bill.)

The whole topic gives me a headache.
