<<On every point, the case made against Iran collapses upon closer scrutiny.>> And yes does collapse .
This but another case to create a Bogeyman for purposes of imperialistic ambition, but irony here is, by U.S.and Israel and other's(such as Sarkozy) making up this demon, this monster, this phantasmal Iran, they don't reflect on fact Iran has proven to be quite successful at defending itself through many centuries.
The tomb of Cyrus the Great still stands in Iran and is still honored by Iranian Persians.
How many jews know that it was Cyrus the Great that ended the Babylonian exile of the Hebrews, as he made them free and allowed them to return to Israel and was resultantly seen as messianic by a significant number of the Hebrew people?
How many people all over the U.S. realize the Iranians are one of the most highly educated people in the world?
Is not the the knowledge of Iran for the majority of americans just a bunch of cartoonish racist stereotypings, those that are fed them by propagandist, and the majority so easily let soak in?
The madness of all this is , the arrogance/the hubris of america, and its conviction the american culture is somehow divine, is setting up a trap, a trap that will find itself inside when sprung, so strange all this is.
i have read over and over in mass media venues present as a fact that Ahmadinejad at Columbia University denied the Holocaust.
Which in fact he did not and has not, what people refuse to grasp is Ahmadinejad wants the Holocaust to be affirmed and proven to be the crime of Germany and its many european enablers, and thus people see it was a dread crime that Palestine had to suffer such horror for the crime of europe.

He has stated that if an investigation affirms the guilt of Germany and others than it is they that must surrender land of their own, of its peoples to establish a state of Israel in Europe.
The media never approaches this, ever, they just scream the lie of " Ahmanedijad denies the Holocaust!!"

No he doesn't, he denies the jews had any right to run roughshod over Palestine, steal their land, brutalize their people, and that the Holocaust did NOT give them this right.
The logic, we can steal Palestines land make and their life a living hell because we were massacred by europeans--what madness is this?
How many Israeli refer to Palestinians now asUnterMensch(subhumans)? i have read Israeli comments, those sympathetic to Palestine, say more and more you hear israeli jews calling Palestinians "subhumans", just as aryan racist called the jews.

The last thing any jewish survivor of the Holocaust(there were estimated 13 million killed in the camps , 7 million were not jews, and 500,000 were Roma, and some claim the Roma lost a higher percentage of their population than the jews, but who cares , they were just Gypsies, ask Eli Wiesel, who as bemoaned and publicly weeps easily as he cries out the only time in history, ever, that a people were killed simply because they were a certain ethnic group, was of the jews.
Suggest otherwise and you are in danger of being damned as an anti-semite by Eli Wiesel
i say to Wiesel go tell that to the Roma, go tell that to the Tibetans, go tell to the Native Americans( how many americans truly believed "the only good indian was a dead indian"? i dare say the answer would be horrible to realize) go tell that to the strange black fruit hanging from many many a tree thru hooror parts of U.S. history.
i say Eli Wiesel tell that to the Armenians.

i end by saying "Remember The Porrajmos!!", for those not knowing what that means, go and Google the wordporrajmos.
Note Simom Wiesenthal NEVER surrendered to Eli Wiesel claim that The Holocaust is EXCLUSIVELY a jewish event.
Wiesenthal would say when in the camp he was with many not jewish, and would say "this was a crime against all humanity."
It was Eli Wiesel that fought and promulgated, that the Holocaust was the first time in history a people were massacred simply because, and Simon Wiesenthal stood against Wiesel's stand, but Wiesel could write much better than Wiesenthal
Ahmadinejad is concurring with Wiesenthal , well by Wiesel's parameters then Simon Wiesentthal , following Wiesel 's fanaticism, this makes Wiesenthal anti-semitic, see how demented this all is?? Max

Edited:Make no mistake the U.S.Supreme Court vote today was a massive victory for Totalitarian State Rule.
The U.S. Supreme Courts refusal to hear this case, The Masri Case, simply based on "it would put at risk state secrets", is a statement that the state rules over any crime against any individual or group if the state simply states "it is matter of state secrecy and none of the public's business"
Citizens of america that don't shiver at this are NOT individuals, they are slaves, state slaves and would make excellent obedient members of a Stalinist or Hitlerian government.
i say to any person that supports this decision of the U.S. Supreme Court is My Enemy.

<<High Court Won't Hear Rendition, Torture Case

by Jim Lobe
In a major rebuff to human rights and government accountability activists, the U.S. Supreme Court Tuesday declined to take up the case of a German citizen who was allegedly abducted, detained and tortured by the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) as part of the CIA's "extraordinary rendition" program.

By declining to hear the appeal, the court effectively let stand a decision by a federal court judge in 2006 to dismiss a civil lawsuit brought against former CIA director George Tenet, among others, by Khaled el-Masri, on the grounds that a trial risked exposing "state secrets."

"This is a sad day not only for Khaled el-Masri, but for all Americans who care about the rule of law and our nation's reputation in the world," said Ben Wizner, a staff attorney for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), which brought the case on el-Masri's behalf.

"By denying justice to an innocent victim of this country's anti-terror policies, the court has provided the government with complete immunity for its shameful human rights and due process violations," he added, noting that the administration of President George W. Bush has asserted state secrecy to avoid disclosing information regarding key aspects of its "global war on terror," including the use of torture, in several other cases as well. >>http://www.antiwar.com/lobe/?articleid=11733
