"Common Law" handles the dishonesty. "Dispensing compassion" sounds like the arrogant thing a "Liberal" would try to do. Ya gonna do it in a robe with a Miter?

There are interesting answers as to why women eventually got to vote (though perhaps decades or centuries too early for many) along with examinations of the processes that are preparing previously unprepared minorities to participate.
