A lot of new stock promoti do not get SI net culture and are looking to hit by advert style posting. There is nothing fundamentally different in what they do, except in approach and style. We do the same thing on our plays du fave but take a more informational over the backyard fence slant, leaning on our relationships with people of interest to let the stuff in. It is hard to define. You just cannot annoy too many people. And you certainly cannot annoy everyone. My ratio is about 8 to one. Enjoy to annoy ratio. You can't please everyone. I figure that is because they don't see my genius or understand my Galahad heart. When you shoot for the stars you are bound to miss the orbit of the mere planets.

The trouble with plays like Askot is they might get their Askot in India. It is really unfriendly to foreign resources extraction and far more corrupt than people realize. Massive bureaucracies breed massive corruption. Lots of poly trouble we don't hear about too. A base metal project like that one needs a smelter badly. It also appears to be hard to expand tons as drills in the mountains get very poor recovery. Reminds me of that Gitennes fiasco a few years ago in Peru.
