re: I'm not for a second claiming Intel is doing what Enron did...all I'm saying is that they might have skirted some lines here and AMD is challenging what they did as is their right. Let's say for a moment that this is true (and it had better be). For the leading corporation that wins management awards time and time again, if there is something that is found out of line, then maybe there's some hand slapping that happens. I can assure you that a LARGE defamation award is much more likely than the much ballyhooed multi-billion dollar award. Smooth
