what do you mean especialy with regard to the TI / NOKIA relationship - I know that TI is fabbing sets for Nokia since 2005(?) - if I remember that correctly. and that they have done this already in 90nm - so they would have to shrink fram slightly a little further - even if I think this shrink might be still possible without change of pzt ... concerning the buyout of ramtron - maybe - would be interesting to know what kind of change-order-clauses are within the lic-agreements with fujistu, etc ...
