It's not whether BB will allow it. Remember in many of these areas a lot of the people who lived there worked in the construction trade and have now left, many others are illegals who gravitated to many of these fast growing areas for work and we know about the crackdown there. It is really the perfect storm punishing all the speculators from the boom with no end in sight with most ending up in foreclosure as it takes up to six months now to even rent them at one third carrying costs. Yes many well of from New Jersey and other places from up north, plus Canada and England with currency plays will put down roots over time but they won't move any quicker because BB dropping fed funds<g>
