You refer to an article in the Sudan Tribune which says - "The NCP will renegotiate the composition of the consortium in Block 5B"

Firstly White Niles block was Block Ba nothing to do with Block 5B... The renegotiations concerning Ascom SA hencely only concerns Block 5Ba...

Further Egbert Wesselink is head of an organisation called ECOS - or European Coalition on Oil in Sudan. ECOS is an umbrella organisation for about 80 other organisations throughout Europe. 80 Christian organisations!... ECOS has it´s agenda in the Sudan and at times a strange one at that. Yet some of the organisations do do good work across the world, but they are christian aid organisations and as such European Coalition on Oil in Sudan and Egbert Wesselink have an agenda and statements from him should be taken for what they are.

There are no renegotiations for Block 5B never have been..
