<<A basher? What kind of personal attack is that?>>

--I don't consider the word "basher" a personal attack. It is simply a one-word expression that basically sums up those who spend time on the internet trying to make brinker look as bad as possible.

It is certainly more accurate to describe James, you, honey, et al as "bashers" that to describe queen, fahrenheit and I as shills, since "shills" in these cases is just plain inaccurate.

Here is part of what James supposedly wrote:

"...Another possibility is that he may be becoming senile. The loss of some cognitive function at his age is not all that uncommon but he seems to be going down hill faster than many of his peers.

In any case it is rather sad to see the not-so-new and disproved Bob struggle to sell increasingly useless newsletters and hold onto what must surely must be an increasingly bored and shrinking radio audience. I still get his newsletter but this year may well be my last.

Even so I wish there were some way to revive the old Bob who seemed more bent on helping people become better investors and less preoccupied in selling us increasingly valueless "information"."

--I don't know how anyone could read that and say he isn't a basher. "Senile," "useless newsletters," "valueless 'information' " (with 'information' in quotes of all things)!

<<I don't recall him saying anyone told him he violated any copyrights... and when he called to find out exactly what he "shared" that got him in trouble, they refused to answer.>>

--I believe they told him they didn't know the answer.
