Yes, but he does not really want to kill the dollar. He wants
some devaluation. That said, it does not mean he won't cut
in October. The Fed cut more than the market expected in
September, so now that the market expects them to cut less,
they might cut more as well. The dollar will then end its
bounce.

Thats an easy answer. BB loyalties are to Wall Street and Bush. Why else cut the rates like he did. I think the Forbes list says it all. The wealth of this nation is Trickle up not down.
