Experian - it is interesting, but it also has a number of caveats. It is only available on pink sheets or London exchange. No USA financial documents. As I mentioned in another post English calculations of ROE are somehow different from USA, so they are not directly portable (although Experian 2007 annual report for some reason calculates everything in US$, so it's not clear whether they use GAAP). They have just demerged, so the calculations are doubly unreliable. Also, assuming the market cap of 10BUS$, equity of 2BUS$ and 20% ROE (optimistic?), the company is still not a great bargain.

Now, on the other hand the PE is low, it has international presence and it is in a good area (I own EFX). I'll think about it a bit more. :)
