Not really per my recollection. First few quarters they mined high grade ore. Now AGI mining lower grade ore which is part of mine plan per my recollection. Plus, higher gold price leads to mining more low grade since this ore now economic with the higher gold price.

Part of the recent run up in AGI (now 7.10) is partly because UBS sees AGI's NAV increase by 34% @ $750 gold (from $650). Also, I believe investors such as myself are looking beyond 3rd quarter reporting. AGI's challenges this year have been and is well known, which is why the stock has been whacked far harder than most producers. Just one bozo's opinion.
