You might find these Northern Orion warrants useful. These give you the right to buy NTO at $6CN in February 2010. As NTO is being wrapped into AUY now these are really warrants for AUY. The symbol is NTOWF and I have been able to buy them on Ameritrade although getting a current bid/ask is not easy. They made a huge move in the last few days from just under $2.00 to as high as $2.76 yesterday. I have been able to leave orders out below the market and get fills although I have not been making stink bids, just not chasing.

There are lots of interesting warrants available on miners. I did very well on AEM warrants and now own some Silver Wheaton's which are doing nicely. If you want to get really cute, some of the brokers will let you use these as covering positions.
