I believe it would be safe to say that the majority of families, guessing about 95%, will have a family member that has had, has now or will have: diabetes cancer glycoma ms the list goes on and on. If someone believes that they should not consume .. that's one thing. But to force someone to not receive the benefits by law?? Why force someone to vomit .. in addition to fighting cancer .. by law?? To force someone to go blind .. when there is something that can stop the process. Are these people the targets of the war on drugs? Perhaps next week, it'll be your wife or sister. Then they can decide. Or when it's your turn, decide for yourself .. but Please stop deciding for ME. One thing should not have to be decided in this situation .. how to plead. Don't these people have enough burden?

"Are you implying that every family has a family member who is suffering because of not having Medical Marijuana?" There are many US citizens that will go blind next year from diabetes. It attacks nerves optic, organ, hands and feet. CBD, a chemical found only in marijuana, protects the eyes from this damage. Some of these people will go blind never knowing that it could have been stopped. Alzheimer sufferers .. slows the progression of the disease. Possibly reversing some of the damage. Many of these will die within the next year. They and their family will never know that a medicine has been safely used for the last five thousand years could have helped. If nothing else .. to ease the mind of a dying person. You tell me. Are we getting close to every family yet? I can go on if you need me to. But tell me .. just the Alzheimer example. Why force more anxiety on a dying Alzheimer BY LAW than need be?
