Of course Hu and You would vote for Tibet to be part of China. <On a democratic balloting today, Tibet, never a nation, a kingdom, and vital to the wellbeing of hundreds of millions, would definitely be part and parcel of the PRC,> Since other Chinese think the same as you, [no polls being needed in China because official theory is that they all think the same, like Saddam wasting time to get 99.9% of the vote in his favour when votes were held], polls would show a huge majority in favour of Tibet being a province of the totalitarians in Beijing. Of course those exterminated, shot in the back, killed and who fled would not be invited to vote. With the invasion by China, there might even be a good proportion in Tibet who would now vote to be part of Hu's megalomania. In places where concepts of freedom, individuality and self-determination exist, voting is usually taken to mean that those who are involved do the voting, not those who would enslave them. I don't know of such a place, but that's how such places would do it. Mqurice
