The Fed is trapped. They cut 50bp. because the market was
about to crash. They don't want the dollar crash either,
that's why they are not printing. They will likely talk
tough and not cut in October. The dollar may bounce some -
to, say, 80. Then they cut again as stocks start to melt.
The game will continue until it all goes down the drain -
the dollar, stocks, and bonds. It will happen, because they
blew it already years ago.

It's trying to bounce, but the ECB tough talk is putting that
to rest.
