if their doctors advice is to consume marijuana?

Answered in the post you replied to:

"Doctors who fail to follow standard procedures and policies are dangerous to patients and risk losing their license to practice."

"It happens many times every day. It is taking place in almost every major hospital today. There are areas where very very sick people go to smoke their medicine.

Should these hospitals be raided?"

People who violate the law risk arrest. Hospitals that violate the laws risk fines. Medical organizations and personnel that violate controlled substances laws risk their licenses to practice medicine.

People who do not agree with the laws can try to change them. What you are doing more partially effective than just violating the laws.
