Elroy, you making a mountain out of a ant hill. It appears that you do not have the balls to ask for a friking extra day holiday. If you need to travel internationally, you book your friking ticket when ever you want usually in the ballpark of the holiday. It it is going to be Friday take the Monday off or call in sick. What are you stupid. The System worked for hundreds of years, now because you can not make a friking decision for your holiday, you want the system to change. Come on, show some common sense.
