philly news station just did a short clip on those guys, commentator took a tour through the sewage/drainage pipes under philadelphia. They looked for clogged outlets from other drains coming into the main drain etc. showed small street outlets flowing into the main drain from top. one guy says to commentator i wouldn't stand under that for too long. g

they also said we do not want to be here during a rain storm as the 12 ft high pipe would be full while now walking through the drain it was only a foot deep.

I assume these men are well paid, correct problems before they get serious by supervising these miles and miles of drains through out cities.
