Well, I wrote a long response, and SI crashed, so you're going to have to settle for this:

We built this country and we built our communities. They are a reflection of our beliefs and are a reflection of our identity. If you choose to come into our community be prepared to accept our traditions and our way of life. If not, stay home.

The new community members are....new community members, and are also building from the day of their arrival, and the community will evolve in order to reflect their identity as well. That's a fact, Jack. Resist change like the stodgy old coot that you sound like in the above post and you are going to get run over. San Francisco, for example, wasn't always gay!

In your scenario, have them build their own communities and their own schools.

It's not my scenario. It's reality, non-Christians are already here in the USA. Which of the policies from my previous post do you recommend? Majority gets to celebrate their religious festival, everyone gets to, or something in between?
