You ncan get Haiti wrong. But China? A whole cadre of analysts have the Breton Woods, post WWII set of circumstances as the basis for their analyzes. Worse, they have drummed what they considered as truths for so long, and until so recently, that they are prisoners of their own words. They cannot back track. Conversely, the ones who were the fringe are now at the center stage. They have been putting the contrarian views for a long time before and this new set of circumstances is not surprise for them. Thus the confidence and the comfort with the new times. I don't even call this a collapse. I can the normal evolution of economical life. It was bound to happen and it is just happening.
