S D Should have prefaced the post as not GOOG specific - just an indication of the mania attributed to the instant gratification crowd that gets whipsawed daily in the current market. I don't rely on charts as much during these current conditions for a couple of reasons. One being that program, black box trading is running at 60% or greater and external, market-driving events are rearing their ugly heads more frequently. Both make chart watching less rewarding - IMHO. Regards - and thanks for starting the forum, ldo79
