Nice list of facts.

May I suggest you add to your list the FACT that Math Junkie and I have calculated that the QQQQ advice, if applied to Brinker's Model portfolio #1 causes a reduction in the reported total by 29.5%? (This is not a trivial amount which is why some of us object to the cover-up.)

Also, I'd like to suggest that you include in your list that Mr Smile and I have calculated and verified that applying the QQQ advice to his best performing Model portfolio #1 causes it to under perform 10.7% vs 12.0% per year over the period 1/1/88 to 7/27/07.

So you see Ms queen, we have much more than opinion. My opinions can be taken with a grain of salt, as you and some others do, but the FACTS cannot be changed--no matter how hard you try.

But we were still talking about the whole James/Brinker matter, at least that's what I thought. Seems no part of that James argument was the mountain (out-of-molehill) it was purported to be. So now we've come 360, back to the old whole ten years old and more ball of wax.

But I agree. Most of your Brinker list is opinion and always was, but perhaps we should rightly add spin, exploitation, propaganda, and bias to "opinion", just to cover some other bases.

I'm afraid "grain of salt" isn't going to do it.
