Good grief you're tiresome ... it was Stan saying it was 'floods of industrial and agricultural waste' -- you were saying it was dye.

And yes, I did notice the article says a stream changed colors because of a dye factory -- but it also clearly says the lake itself was due to algae: "In May, a bloom of toxic cyanobacteria turned China's Lake Tai fluorescent green".
